"Emily is absolutely wonderful. I was not very happy with how my insurance rates have increased over the last three years. She took the time to review my policy and added discounts that I qualified for and gave me additional recommendations to bring the rates down even further. I came into the conversation not very happy and left smiling and laughing after working with Emily. Keep up the great work Emily, you are one in a million. Excellent customer service!"

"Worst agent ever. He won't lift a finger to help you, but will go out of his way to raise your rates. I was his client for over 7 years and when the card we had on file for payment expired, he cancelled our car insurance. Apparently, they sent a text or email but never bothered to actually pick up the phone to ask to resolve the issue. Found out when the state sent a letter informing us we had been driving for two months without coverage. Not only was I driving without knowledge of not being covered but now have to pay twice as much because I have had a lapse in coverage. This agent is not watching out for you. I also had the experience of an accident, not my fault, the other driver was ticketed. State Farm tried to hold me accountable for the accident and I asked this agent to help clear it up and was told I would have to talk to claims as the agent had no control. I finally got State Farm to clear it on my own. This guy will not be your advocate!"
